Quill – from Polyarc game ‘Moss’

If you have a VR setup and haven't played Polyarc Games' 'Moss' yet, you really should. It is a lovely story well told with beautiful imagery and character design. The interaction between you, the player, and this adorable little mouse 'Quill' is one of the most immersive experiences out there.

I created this statuette based on promotional art using the free 3D sculpting software Sculptris. It was a challenge given the limited tool set and my complete lack of experience, but I could not be more pleased with the result.
After printing the model was smoothed with sandpaper and filler primer, and then painted by my wife using acrylics.
